CAN I EDIT, UPDATE, CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you want to edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We dispatch orders really quickly so it may not be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

WHY AM I RECEIVING MULTIPLE PACKETS FROM THE SAME ORDER?

We have several factories and warehouses that are responsible for different products. Therefore, some of our orders may be shipped from separate locations.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

No, you do not need to have an account with us to place an order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, we will email you when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time depends on your location. For orders sent to the United States, the usual delivery time is 5-15days, but times can vary. To European countries the order will be delivered in 5-25 business days. For other countries please allow 5-30 business days. Please allow for more time during busy periods and please note that covid has had an impact on a lot of postal systems across the globe which may cause further delays.

ARE THESE OFFICIAL APPLE WATCH PRODUCTS?

Our items are made to use with your own Apple products. We do not sell any bands or other products authorised by Apple. We are a third-party seller.

CAN THE BANDS ON MY APPLE WATCH BE CHANGED?

Yes, it is easy to change your Apple watch band. Push the band release button at the back of your watch, and the strap will slide out. If the band doesn't slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.

Ensure you put the band on the correct side. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. You will hear a light click when you put the band is placed correctly.

WILL THESE WATCH BANDS FIT MY WRIST?

All of our Apple Watch bands are adjustable. Our stainless steel link type bands may need to have some links removed to fit your wrist correctly. It is an easy to do, and we provide an adjustment tool for some items. If you need any help, please contact us. 

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY APPLE WATCH BANDS?

Avoid water, harsh chemicals and scratching. Store your bands safely when not in use and polish them with a polishing cloth. Use a microfibre cloth as the fibres in tissue cloths can sometimes cause micro scratches on the metal.

WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER?

We are still shipping globally despite the pandemic, but unfortunately your order may be slightly delayed as a result of temporary delays caused by Covid-19. Please rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship our products FREE worldwide.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX) and PayPal.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
